Maps Automation operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. Due to the nature of our digital service, all payments for Premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, you gain immediate access to our unlimited lead extraction features, and we cannot reverse or "undo" this access.

The service has been consumed and cannot be "un-used." This policy is standard for digital software services and is enforced to protect our business operations and pricing integrity.
While refunds are not provided, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation is processed manually by our team.

Refunds are issued only in these rare circumstances:
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge with proof (receipts). We will investigate and refund the duplicate within 10 business days if confirmed.
If the Extension fails to function entirely from initial installation through 24 hours after payment, and you can provide documented proof (screenshots, error logs) that it never worked on your system, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. You must request within 48 hours of payment.
If we determine a charge was fraudulent (unauthorized use of stolen payment method), we will reverse the transaction and terminate the associated account immediately.
For European Union / UK Users: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. However, you expressly waive this right upon accessing our Extension for the first time. By using our service before the 14-day period expires, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund.
For All Users: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory or common law right to refunds that may conflict with this policy.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually). You will be charged the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
It is your sole responsibility to cancel before renewal. We do not send reminder emails (though we may choose to as a courtesy). Renewal charges are strictly non-refundable even if you "forgot to cancel."
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Policy changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes are subject to the arbitration clause in our Terms and Conditions.
